We developed crew management CRM and a public-facing careers site for Danica to streamline recruitment and candidate handling. The platform supports vacant publishing and online applications, including CV uploads, so candidates can apply quickly, and the crewing team can process applications in a structured workflow. On the admin side, the team can manage candidate profiles, track interactions, and keep recruitment data centralized, reducing manual effort and improving response speed.
